Rudley Kelly is an amazing friend, father, and a stand-up brotha. I’ve known Rudley since our undergrad years, his intelligence, willingness to pour back into others, and his passion for constant learning and progress made him a no brainer as one of my first guests. In addition to his great characteristics, Rudley also happens to be a realtor, author, and a real estate investor. Rudley shared a lot of knowledge in this episode.
Founded in 2015 in collaboration with his wife, Chenda, their business K1 Home Solutions is a professional, full service real estate investing firm that buys and sells properties throughout Georgia, Connecticut and Ohio. In addition to buying and selling real estate, K1 Home Solutions is a huge advocate for educating the youth on real estate investing. Rudley and his 7-year-old son Jayden have written and published a children’s book entitled “Real Estate with My Daddy”.
